We are supes excited to finally be allowed to share the scuttlebutt that SEAGULL's bestie/muse/VERY occasional receptionist, the attractive and talented fine artist Nolan Hendrickson, will be showing his work at the 2010 NADA Fair in Miami Beach, represented by our pals at Ramiken Crucible gallery!
Nolan's work is highly crucial to the vibe here at Seagull- his piece adorning the Seagull west wall has defined our salon space from day one, we frequently utilize it as a vibrant portrait backdrop, and to this day it remains one of my personal favorites from his body of work.
The NADA (New Art Dealers Alliance) Fair is an amalgamation of international contemporary art dealers showing work in conjunction with Art Basel Miami, and the NADA station is a always a hot destination for those trawling the Basel colossus. In other words, a whole lot of eyeballs from everywhere will be all over Nolan's work.
In addition to feeling excitements for Nolan on a professional level, I would also like to point out that the NADA fair will represent another important life coup: providing an opportunity to leave New York in December to go to a place where it is warm enough to wear a bathing suit.
We couldn't be more proud!
xoxo,
Molly,
